Financing & reimbursements

The information board requires a one-time investment. After that, the system pays for itself: in the hours your team saves on repetitive work, and in clients who can do more themselves. How you finance that investment differs per organisation, target group and region. Schemes also change regularly. We're happy to look together at what's possible in your situation.

Existing budget

In many situations, Routine Factory fits within budgets you already have. In that case no separate application is needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can we get a free trial period?
Yes. For the app you start a free trial that ends by itself, with nothing to cancel. Send us an email and we'll set it up for you. An information board on the group can't be tried out on its own, but we're happy to put you in touch with a location where one is already up.
Can we start small and expand later?
Certainly. Many locations start with one group board or with the app, and expand later. You might add individual boards in people's own rooms to a group board. You only pay for what you use.
Are there costs for extra users or updates?
With the group board, the app for all clients at the location is included in the price, as is unlimited support. Updates arrive automatically and cost nothing extra. Is your location growing? Then we'll look at what fits together.
How quickly can we get started?
With the app you're up and running within an hour: create an account, add a client, install the app. An information board is installed and in place within six weeks on average, including an onboarding service tailored to you.
