Turning the screen on or off / standby / night mode

Residential Locations:

You do not need to turn off the screen or the computer module. The system has a night mode - standby. This means the screen will go dark at 11:30 PM and turn on again at 06:30 AM.

If you want to use the screen briefly at night, tap the screen once. After 10 minutes, the screen will automatically go dark again.

Because the screen enters night mode, the computer module remains on. This is because we can perform an update to your system at night. If you manually turn off the computer module, your system will not receive updates. This can eventually cause problems.

If you want to set different times, please send us an email.

Daytime Activities:

The times cannot be set per day. This means the screen will remain on during the weekend. It is advisable to manually turn off the screen when you leave (not the computer module). The on/off button is usually on the right-rear side of the screen.
