Is it no longer possible to hear the speech function, or other sounds from, for example, a video? Then follow the steps below to check if the settings of the information board are correct.
Is the sound properly enabled on your information board?
Bring up the screen’s settings menu with the indicated button.
Navigate to the sound settings (the music note symbol) and check if the settings match the image below. You can operate the menu by touching the screen.
