Link Information Board

To link the information board to a different layout, touch the screen at the right moment during the information board’s startup. Afterwards, you can log in again with your MijnEigenPlan account.

Restarting the computer module

1. Restart the information board by turning the computer module (off/)on. How do I turn on my computer module?

2. Does the information board keep displaying the message: Waiting for internet connection? Then open this article to connect to the internet.

3. When the image below appears, tap the information board’s logo.

4. You will then see this message:

The linking process

1. When the linking window appears, tap the blue button: Start linking:

2. A linking code will now appear on the information board’s screen. Leave this screen open:

3. Now log in to your account with a computer, mobile, or tablet, then go to the relevant information board and click the Link screen button in the top right:

4. Enter the code displayed on the information board on the website:

Enter the linking code on the information board to finalize the linking:

Alternative method (Login)

Are you experiencing problems with the method above? You can also use the old method via username and password.

At the bottom of the linking window on the board, tap the link: Use email + password instead.
