In principle, you always need an organization subscription when you are involved in planning as a professional.

It's a gray area when you only help set up the planning, after which your clients (or e.g. the parents) continue to maintain the planning themselves. You also don't need remote access. In that case, you can suffice with an individual subscription.

If you do want to guide your clients long-term with MijnEigenPlan, then an organization subscription is needed; the more clients you add to your subscription, the more advantageous the price per client.
