In some situations, it is useful to know who is present at the location. This can be set up on the information board by using presence sliders.
Step 1: Add a component to your information board.
Within the online environment, go to your information board. Then select “edit board”. You will find this option in the top right of the screen.
Click the + button to add a component to the block.
A window will appear from which you can choose from different components. Select the component here: slider board
Your component is now visible on your information board.
Per day or per period
By default, a slider remains in a specific position until it is switched again, which can also be over multiple days.
Do all people leave the location in the evening? You can then use the “Only for the current day” setting to automatically reset the sliders every day.
Useful tip:
- Basically, all people are displayed one below the other. If you select multiple people, it is useful to use the full width of the block. (see example above at point 3 of the explanation)

- This component can be set with a personal or a general PIN code.
- It is also possible to show the schedule of a present person on the information board.
