Accessibility for people in wheelchairs

Part of: Accessibility

Sometimes the information board hangs a bit too high, making it difficult for wheelchair users to access the buttons at the top. In this case, the accessibility of the lower part of the information board can be activated. This gives you the option to shift the content of the information board downwards, making the top buttons accessible to wheelchair users as well.

  1. Within the online environment, go to your information board. Then select “edit board”. You will find this option in the top right of the screen.

  2. Then you will see the following options appear and click on Board settings:

  3. Under the tab: Layout you can select Enable accessibility for lower screen part.

It may take a few minutes for the feature to be available on the information board.
