How do I know which screen we have?
Check the right rear side of the screen. The main question is: are there menu buttons present?
No, there are no buttons except the on/off button. Then you have the new screen (delivered from mid-2025). The settings of this screen are fixed and cannot be changed by users.
Yes, I feel a row of buttons from top to bottom. Then you have a model up to and including 2024, where the settings can be adjusted manually.
Why has this changed? The new screens without buttons prevent incorrect settings. This has significantly reduced the number of incidents and malfunctions.
Did the adjustment not have the desired effect?

In the information board’s menu, check if the signal source is set to HDMI 1. Please note, you always connect the HDMI cable to port 1 of the screen.
Check the toggle switch: With the toggle switch, you fully turn the power supply to the screen on or off. This can be found next to the power plug behind the screen.
