Is your computer module switched on?

The computer module is a small square box (often) placed behind the screen. Your computer module might be turned off.

Check if the computer module is switched on. There are different types of computer modules; see below how to check this for your module:

Module 6: NUC14
Module 5: NUC11
Module 4: NUC8
Module 3: NUC7
Module 2: Chromebox
Module 1: Chromestick

Did the adjustment not have the desired effect?

  1. Computer module does not turn on, I don't see any lights on the module

  2. If the indicator light of the computer module is on, and you still have no image, it may be that your information board is not turned on. In the following article, you can read how to turn on the screen:
