Can users log out via the MijnEigenPlan app? Can users open the information board via the MijnEigenPlan app?
These functions are not available in the MijnEigenPlan app. However, they can be performed via a personal login on an internet browser. The information board can then be used on the device and saved as a bookmark on a phone, computer, or tablet. Very convenient, because you can operate the information board just like on the location’s screen!
The client needs a personal login for this. By saving the login details in the internet browser, the client can easily access the information board. In this guide, we will show you how to set this up.
Example:
Preparation
Step 1: Create a personal login for the client.
The client needs a personal login, which you set up via the Personal login option on the client’s personal page. The client then receives an invitation link by email. With this account, he or she can view and edit their own daily schedule, as well as consult the information board.
Step 2: Make information board visible for client
To make the information board accessible via another device, a setting change under edit board is required, where the supervisor gives permission.
- Open the information board in the online environment and click on ‘Edit board’.
- Go to the Access tab.
- Add the client’s login under Access for specific user or Access for specific groups. This ensures that only selected individuals or groups get access, and not everyone with a personal login. If you leave this empty and check the box at
Step 3: The information board is now visible to the client.
If the client has created their own login, you can log in via the website: mijneigenplan.nl by clicking on login at the top right.
The client will now be on his or her own online environment. The information boards button has also become visible to the resident. What you want to be visible or not visible for the client can be changed via the guide: adjust rights.
Step 4: Save as bookmark and as app view on your device
For both Android and iPhone users, it is possible to place an internet page on the home screen of your mobile or tablet. Once you are logged in via the internet browser, you can search in the browser settings for the option to save the page to the home screen.
Because this function varies per device and browser, we cannot write a specific guide for it.
