How do you ensure that the information board remains clear when large groups of clients are alternately at the location, for example, at a day care center or in mental healthcare (GGZ)?
Add the client presence sliders to the information board and activate a specific setting. This will only display the people who are currently present in the planning.
How can I set this up?
These components have a setting: Only show people who are present at the location
Turn on the setting by clicking the black pencil icon after you have added one of the above-mentioned components:
- Then you can link that to a presence sliders block: (this can be on the same tab but can also be on different tabs, for example a tab: “Who is present” and a tab “What will you do”)
- Success!: Only for the people who are now present at the location will the planning be visible.
