The “Automatic registration” function can be found when managing a calendar:
With this new function, you choose the people who should be registered by default and on which weekdays this applies:
Subsequently, these people will be automatically added when you add new (non-recurring) activities via the calendar.

You can then add people on fixed days in the calendar (for example, a meal plan) via the “Automatic registration” button.
When you then add, for example, a meal for a day on the information board, the people will be automatically registered.
