How do you keep the information board organized when larger groups of clients are alternately present at the location?
Link the presence of clients at the location to the display on the information board! Only the people who are then present will be displayed in the schedule.
How it works
For the following components “Group day”, “Group vertical”, “Group strips vertical” and “Popup per individual” there is now a new setting called “Show only persons present at location.”
Then you can link that to a presence slider block: (this can be on the same tab but can also be on different tabs, for example a tab: “Who is present” and a tab “What are you going to do”)
Only for the people who are currently present at the location will the schedule be visible.
