In a calendar, you create a general schedule for your location. Think of planning meals, activities, and tasks.
Click the button: Calendars
Select an existing calendar or click the plus sign to create a new calendar.
Always double-check that you are in the correct calendar. Otherwise, you run the risk of information from different calendars getting mixed up. You will always see the name at the top of the calendar.
Adding an activity
Click the + button below the relevant date.
What kind of activity do you want to add to the weekly structure?
- For meal and event, it is possible for people to sign up and/or sign off on the information board if this is configured.
- For task, it is possible for people to sign off the task on the information board if this is configured.
Once you have made a choice, the following window will open, and you can enter the desired information. You can also set up recurring patterns.
You have now added an activity type to the calendar. Do you want to change the activity? Select it in the calendar and save again after making changes.
Linking people to an activity.
- While filling in the activity, under Who, you can select the Gray plus sign to link a person to the activity. For example: Who performs this task? You will then see the person’s photo on the information board, and if the person uses the app, this will also be visible in their personal daily schedule. You can, of course, link multiple people to the same activity.
Reusing existing activities
Fortunately, you can reuse activities you’ve previously added in various ways. Read below to find out how.
Click the blue plus sign below the relevant date.
Above the larger selection buttons, you will also find several other options.
Recent: Here you will find an overview of recently added activities; you can select them to easily add them again.
From library: Here you will find, among other things, the basic library of MijnEigenPlan. We have already prepared various activities (possibly with images) for you here. You can also fill your own library with activities you use frequently. (meals, tasks, activities, etc.)
Copy from schedule: Ideal if another schedule or calendar contains activities you now want to use.
