In many care institutions, meals are charged to the client. This involves a lot of administration, and let’s be honest; this is not the most enjoyable work. This can now be much simpler with the new reporting function!
It has long been possible to use an information board to display planned meals. Clients can sign up for a meal when they eat along. What’s new is that you can now create a report from this, allowing you to see each month per client how often they have eaten along. You can find this on a new tab in the calendar where meals are scheduled.
It is also possible to download reports, for example, to use in Excel. More about this is explained at the bottom of this article.
In addition to an overview of registrations, via the ‘Details’ tab, you can also see exactly who signed up and/or signed off when. This also allows for easy corrections to be made afterwards.
You can also apply this to other interesting things, for example, who signed up for an activity, or who did which / the most chores in the past month.
How can I view the report?
In this example, I use a meal calendar. The same action can be performed in other calendars such as: activities or group tasks.
Go to mijneigenplan.nl and log in.
Click on the button: Calendars
Now choose one of the calendars for which you want to view the report.
Click on the button: Report
Export Report to CSV & Excel
We regularly received the question whether it is possible to also download the calendar reports (who eats along, who participated in which activity) to use in, for example, Excel.
This is now possible with a new function in the “Report” tab of a calendar.
For this, choose the button: “CSV / Excel”. The file that then downloads can be easily imported into other software. For example, in Excel. This way you don’t have to manually transfer the data: very convenient!
