On the information board, you can display an overview of the meals. You can choose to only show what is eaten on which day.
It is also fun and interactive for the target group to sign up themselves. You can secure this with a personal PIN code that suits the target group. You can also set a deadline for signing up.
With the handy reporting function, you can see who signed up or unsubscribed when. This is useful for administration or, for example, purchasing.
How do you add a meal overview to the information board?
Within the online environment, go to your information board. Then select “edit board”. You will find this option in the top right of the screen.
You can now add a component by pressing one of the following + buttons.
Now you will see a window. You can choose from different components here. View the image below to select the desired component.

Once you have made a choice, you still need to link the component to a calendar where the meals are placed. If you have chosen to use the sign-up function, you must also set who can sign up.
Once you have saved the settings, the component is added to the information board. You can still drag the component to the desired position on the screen.
