For support workers
From directing to supporting
How Routine Factory changes your daily work.
More time for your clients
When clients can do more on their own, there's more room for you to support them. And doing things independently starts with a day that's clear and organized: with Routine Factory's information board, your clients see what's happening and what's expected of them. That means they can not only get started on their own, it also brings them calm and saves you a lot of repetition.
Working with Routine Factory:
- You don't have to keep repeating the same information; who's working when, what's for dinner, when the volunteer is coming back. It's already on the board. Even a substitute worker can see straight away how the day is going.
- Some announcements cause irritation when they come from you. Coming from the board, they're usually just accepted. Clients don't see it as interference.
- You only enter tasks once. The board shows them automatically per day, with reminders at the right moment. Your client sees straight away what they need to do.
- Loose notes, recipes and flyers no longer hang around the common room. Everything is in one place, and can be updated online from anywhere.

From day program to overview
You start your shift prepared
At the start of the day, you want to know where you stand. And your clients want the same. In the online portal, you set up the day program: tasks, meals, announcements. Enter it once, reuse templates, and everyone sees straight away what the day looks like.
You adjust the board when things change
A day doesn't always go according to plan. Is there an extra task, or does the schedule change? You adjust it in the online portal, or right on the board itself.
You have a constant overview
You can't be everywhere at once, and you don't want to have to chase everyone either. In the calendar, you see the whole schedule and can follow how things are going. You only step in when something's off.

More calm at home
He wants to be independent, and now he can.

“PLACEHOLDER — core of the quote in one line.”
PLACEHOLDER — name, role, organization and 2–3 concrete results.”
