How Routine Factory works in your home
The app
On a phone or tablet, your child or loved one sees what's on the schedule today. Tasks, appointments, what's expected of them. They tick off what's done themselves, and get a nudge exactly when it's needed. So they don't have to ask you.
Independent
Adjustments can also be made in the app itself, so your loved one can tweak their own schedule. Would rather not, say for younger children? Then you simply switch that option off. That way you give exactly as much independence as someone can handle.
The online portal
This is where you set up the day. The portal is the same environment used with the information board in care settings, minus everything you don't need at home. Clear and adjustable to fit your situation: with speech, pictograms, or plain text.
What works today might look different in a year. You adjust it whenever needed — a bit more independence, an extra task. No technical knowledge required, just from your phone.
